Thought i would up this thread to include something that happened to me this weekend.

I work at a ****** chain restaurant, and like many, they manage to hide how crappy they really are from upper management who only show up during the days, when nothing much is happening.

I have worked at this restaurant all through school, and i have always felt like i am the only one who cares about the quality of the product people are coming in and overpaying for.

I decided to use our feedback system to make comments on the quality of the restaurant that would be sent to all of the higher ups in the franchise company.

My managers became pissed off that they were getting in trouble and after 3 years of a set schedule, as punishment they cut my hours and scheduled me as a waiter. They have done this for one schedule in a couple weeks, and that means me loosing out on hundreds of dollars, just because my management have no control over any of the cooking staff who produce the sloppiest pig feed imaginable, dont care to have any control and are content with hiding the fact when it comes down to being marked on audits that they are given time to fluff up the restaurant for.
