I have a copy of my own somewhere here. There isnt much information as far as I know. Just the basics like addresses, jobs, criminal convictions, etc.

We did criminal and credit record checks. You know what those look like.

We do criminal and credit. Your driving record shows up, as do any criminal convictions. Your credit history is, well, your credit history. All the ugly details - late payments on your credit cards, those diamond earrings you bought at Jared and stopped making payments on back in 2002, etc.

Heh, the way the economy is going, unemployment might remain high if credit history is going to stop people from getting jobs.

For small biz on a budget, you can usually find State's docket records online.

For example I check prospective employee's records at: link

Usually, you can find court records for cases in which a prospective employee was found not guilty too.

And local county court records are usually free online also.

It makes for some interesting questioning at interviews. "Could you please explain the following: Unlawful Restraint? Kidnapping Force Threat Deception? Possession of an Instrument of Crime? Criminal Conspiracy?"
