Paypal Personal vs. Paypal Premium

Today I was trying to accept payment from someone through Paypal and it asked if I wanted to upgrade to a Premium account in order to accept Credit and Debit card payments at a lower rate.

I was looking at this 'Fee Table' showing the difference between Personal and Premium and it shows that bank transfers and Paypal credit are free for the Personal account but not for Premium.

I'm just wondering if there's anything else that would stop me from switching? I buy/sell on these forums frequently, but not a huge amount. What do you guys see as the most common form of transfers through Paypal, credit or bank transfers?

Thanks,
