They did a similar thing around Christmas time (it was $20 off $50 I think) and they paid out my $20 within a week of me making a purchase that qualified. I believe at the time they were telling people by email it could take up to 6 weeks, though.

The rules actually say 34 Canadian Dollars if I remember correctly.
