Apparently The National Enquirer had the scoop last April when it reported that Food Network star Paula Deen has type 2 diabetes, which is often triggered by ***** foods and obesity. Now The Daily is confirming the report, claiming that Deen is about to come clean about her condition, having worked out a deal to be the spokeswoman for the drug she takes to keep her blood sugar in check. This will make it slightly more difficult for the chef to endorse her Krispie Kream Bread Pudding, Twinkie Pie, and other recipes for a heart attack
