I just purchased a motherload of suits at the Paul Stuart sale. Most of them are Stuarts Choice made in Italy that retailed at over $1200, I understand that they are either Isaia or SA (How can I tell the difference ?)
I also have 1 suit made in USA, 1 made in Canada with the fabric made in England and 2 in Germany of all places. Who made these suits for PS ?
The jackets are all side vented and all of the trousers except for the made in USA are suspender only, they have side tabs and no belt loops ( love them ...)

Odd trousers I bought are made in Canada, England and Switzerland. Only thing I have ever seen made in Switzerland is a Zegna sportcoat. Any ideas on who makes these ?
Thank you

I'm curious as well -- my cashmere sportcoat was made in Canada with 'fabric from Scotland' and the suit was made in Canada with 'fabric from England.' Found the original tag on the sportcoat -- $1479. Not bad for $75

Sportscoats were dirt cheap, they were practically giving them away at those prices. By the time I got there they were all reduced to $100 and under.

What does your Canada/England suit look like ? Mine is a dark tan medium weight with a ticket pocket.

Very nice, I got 2 grey pinstripes both much darker and with less contrasting stripes. All the rest of the suits and sportcoats are "farmer" colors

The Canadian made stuff is by Samuelsohn.
You can tell the Italian maker by the maker's tag inside one of the jacket's inside chest pockets. The two makers (Isaia and SA) have different maker's tags. I don't have pics of the two handy, but perhaps someone does.

Awesome deals, by the way....
