Paul Stuart SC label / maker?

I have combed all the searches and tried the label thread and cannot find this label. Does anyone have any idea who makes Paul Stuart SCs? I know Samuelsohn makes quite a bit for them. I even have a SC with the Samuelsohn label, but the one below threw me a curve. Any info is greatly appreciated. Thank you, SF!
