Since the shoe department at Paul Stuart has become a destination they decided to expand it by about 30 percent and relocate it to the main wall directly in the rear of the store. It is now clearly visible from the main entrance.
They have expanded their selection to six English factories as well as Italian and other European factories to compliment the British selection.

Where was it before? The first time I was in there was this past spring, and it was directly to your left as you came through the doors -- certainly visible from the entrance. Was that a temporary location?

I was just there about 3 weeks ago and they have some very nice balmoral boots this season (at something like $525 or $550 I believe).

Sadly, not pictured on the website. One was a brown lower with chocolate suede upper. Another style had cloth uppers (either black lower with black & white plaid upper, or brown lower with brownish and green tweed upper). Allen Edmonds also has a cloth upper boot this season (the Shaker Heights), so I suppose that's the new trend.

Wow! A far cry from the tiny alcove (hard right upon entering the front door) where more than two customers constituted a crowd.
