is there a Paul Stuart equivalent for women, except the small collection Paul Stuart has? (in terms of quality and style)

I'd say Brooks Brothers has a somewhat similar style. Higher waisted pants and skirts, kind of a country-club look. The quality is not as good, however.

St. John is high quality and is an "older" look like Paul Stuart, though it's more of a "town" look and less "country."

Seconded on the St. John. Pricy stuff though.
