Paul Stuart cashmere/suede jacket (medium) that's a touch too small for me. It's got suede accents on the shoulders as well as under the collar/around pockets. Sleeves are lined and part of the back as well. Has extra buttons also. No vents.
Measurements: Shoulder width 18.5", PTP 22", sleeves 25.75" and length BOC 31". I wear 41/42 semi-long and it's close but a touch snug. I'd say it would work well for a skinny 41 or avg 40.
To answer question below - the jacket is meant to be a fall/early winter coat. Probably not meant to be worn with a tie. Think Beretta catalog, weekend country jacket, skeet shooting at the Greenbrier.... Anyone else with an opinion?
