I have a pair of patent leather shoes and have only worn them once back in October. I only just purchased a pair of shoe trees from Bexley last week and have put them in, as although they have only been worn once, there are some wrinkles that ruin the otherwise smooth finish.
What I wanted to ask was:
A: Is there a way to remove the wrinkles?
B: I have left them for now in the airing cupboard with the shoe trees in place thinking that the warm, moist air will help.
Am I wrong in doing this? If so what are your suggestions?
Cheers!
