I bought it to impress my friends in the C-suite. It's a ***** when you don't have a Gulfstream.

The Reference 2499 is considered by many to be one of the world's greatest watches ever created.
Who?

I know next to nothing about watches, but none of the P-P watches I've seen are particularly stunning. Like Kiton, I don't fully understand their appeal aside from the veblen status.

I've just recently started buying vintage watches. Still not sure how things are priced but that seems a bit high.

The people who pay for these things have obviously not found Jesus.

Jesus could turn your cheap ass Casio into a watch with more complications than Hayek's favorite watch.

doesn't even have the big 3 complications: toubillon, flyback chrono, or minute repeater..

or my personal favorite.. calculator keyboard so at the end of a night out with your friends, you know how exactly to split the bill

Pro-tip: Don't use a metal bracelet. It becomes annoying around 11am and a bloody mess by 2pm.
