Beautiful pair of shoes! Is that Janus reverse calf suede? I suppose it's black, but might it actually be a sort of deep olive-ish or grey-ish brown?

Also, did you guys go ahead with a modification to the 2000 last? I understood that you were reducing the instep?

It seems they use Goyser rather than Norvegese construction.
I was curious to know if they have braided Norvegese

I understand that Last 1000 is like Vass F last and Last 2000 is kinda like Vass U last.

No Braids, or bentivegna construction...

New member here. I’ve been a long time wearer of Heinrich Dinkelacker’s Milano last. I am coming to Budapest later in 2022. Do you have a workshop or showroom there where I could come by and try on the different lasts and discuss MTO as well?

Admitetly, I haven't read through the whole thread. If one wants to make modifications to existing models, how much does Passus charge? I.e. adding a punched cap toe, changing colour or something minor along those lines.
