Passive-Aggressive or just f-ed up?

My ex-wife emailed this morning. This is my weekend with our 12-year-old daughter. She says:

Joey is a 50-pound dog who has a heart of gold but the mind of a goldfish. We can't leave her alone or she'll bark and cry and carry on. My building is cats-only (although I've cared for both Joey and one of the RubeBabe's dogs before) and I don't really want to push it. The super here has seen the dog and sort of laughed and said, "whoa, that's a big cat!".

My question (and I'm going to care for the dog, so that's not what I'm asking):
Is the former Mrs. Rube's behavior what is known as passive-aggressive?
Or just generally fucked up manipulation.

It doesn't really matter, I'm just wondering what the proper terminology to use when I ***** about it.

Passive-aggressive would be if your ex-wife left the dog on your front porch without explanation.

Tell her to hire a dog sitter if the friend can't take care of it.

I think she needs to do a better job of punctuating her sentences. That was one long run-on sentence. And why does someone have to watch the dog? She going somewhere for the weekend? And what's up with this friend's marriage? How does that figure into letting the dog out? I call f'ed up punctuation and logic on that one.

oh, wait...she's a woman. nvm.

Yeah, among other reasons.

I found it easier to simply not ask questions anymore. She populates a world that sort of looks like the one you and I live in, but it isn't. It's not even really a parallel universe. And she hasn't even a passing acquaintance with logic.

^They still don't have your meds quite figured out. It is a lot better today, but still needs a little tinkering.

Someday, you may meet someone and you will wonder less about IF you should marry, but how will you spend the rest of your life without her. You'll wonder about a ring, where you'll live together, get a dog or a cat, and if/when to have children. Once these thoughts come to you...

Run like hell.

The fact that she's asking you to take care of a dog the size of a pony and put it in your apartment is fucked up as it is. Tell her to bring that beast to a kennel like every other regular person would do.

Not at all. I'm gettin' plenty so I hope she is, too.

Why is her dog your responsibility? Am I missing something here?
