Paris vs. Rome vs. London?

I'm planning a trip to Europe for my 40th birthday, and am wondering which city is best for shopping for good menswear. My wife and I will only be there a week, so the whole bespoke process is out, sadly. I'd love to hear thoughts from the cognoscenti here about which city (or another I haven't considered) would present the best opportunity to buy myself a item or two not available here in the States.
