Does anyone have any experience with Papworth Attache Cases. I saw a beautiful light-brown colored case in Fortnum this weekend. I have heard they have been acquired by Swaine. Are they same in quality to Swaine?

The materials are about the same. The biggest difference is that they are not hand-stitched like SAB cases are.

How about the overall quality in terms of construction, last, durability etc.

Papworth is Swaine Adeney's second line. Quality and construction commensurate with price. I have some store credit with Swaine Adeney in London and can give you 20% off list price if you are interested in getting something there. I might be able to ask for a Papworth case also. Please PM me if interested. Thanks.

Does anyone know if Papworth still have a royal warrant? If so, do their attache cases still bear the royal warrant?
