Where might one find dress pants that are 18-19" through the thigh? Would I have to buy kids pants (28" inseam, but I don't mind tailoring longer pants)?

Or how much does it cost to tailor slim the thighs on a pair?

Before someone reccomends, H&M slim fit is not slim enough.

Thanks.

Try department stores. Women's section.

I don't want/need tapered legs, nor a roomy seat.

Is there such thing as a brand of pants targeted at very slight Scandinavian men? That's the kind of fit I want.

spend two bucks for a tape measure. take it with you and measure before you try on the pants. that will save a lot of time.

Try american apparel? Their stuff is cheap and pretty freakin' tight.

I just purchased a pair of slim fit Rag & Bone Chino pants that have about a 9.5-9.75" thigh and fit very slim without being constricting. Have you tried their pants?

I'm a poor student trying to keep it cheap, I've been told by others I can't find pants that slim wihtout paying high fashion prices, so I think I'll just resort to a tailor.
