Pants with a high rise

I have some Levi's 505 jeans that have a higher than normal rise or at least higher than what I'm used to. Not really high-waisted, but they fit at my natural waistline. I've become accustomed to this fit and now every other pair of pants I try on feel like... I don't know like my nether regions aren't properly covered. I feel exposed and indecent.
Plus, I like the look of old '40s and '50s movies where the predominant style of the period was a much higher rise than what people wear today.

I'm a recent college grad and I need a pair of dress trousers for job interviews. If someone could point me in the direction where I could find some high rise pants, I would appreciate it. Keep in mind, I'm on a very tight budget.

Here's some pictures of what I'm talking about. I don't know if this stuff fits the "SF approved" rulebook, but I like the aesthetic so go ahead and shoot me.

It's not really out of style on SF. In fact, it's probably more in style on SF than anywhere else. You may want to try asking Manton, as he wears his trousers in this fashion... though he may not know where such pants can be found off-the-rack.
