I tried on a solid charcoal cashmere twill jacket yesterday. Aside from jeans what do you wear with it?

I'm a bit cautious of grey on grey but maybe a light grey? Other suggestions and photos appreciated.

As far as the other thread...I discovered Tumblr. Way better for that sort of thing and with out all the silly SF comments. The quality is amazing.

A different shade gray would probably work. As would olive trousers.

The lighter gray should but for introducing another color the olive is a good idea.

Burgundy moleskins might be nice. Interesting idea.

So true. I usually like motion but some of those tumblers make it impossible to stand in the office. Anyway, how dark is the charcoal? Almost black or more gray with a sheen?

These are good ideas. The SA kept telling me black and I kept saying "No" and he kept saying "black and I kept saying....

Neimans didn't have any olive last night and the browns they had didn't seem to work. But perhaps with the right shade I should try it again.

Thanks for the suggestions guys!

I'd say I wear khaki/tan colored trousers nearly 75% of the time as they go so well with everything. I imagine they should go perfectly with a fun jacket like that for a more toned down look.
