Pants Rise: Differential Fit in Front v Back

Good morning,
I have an issue with most pants where, when seated, the waistband will dig into my stomach while gapping in the back above my butt. I’m fairly slim (no 6-pack but no gut either), with what’s colloquially known as a “bubble butt.” Is there a design or tailoring solution to this issue, eg in the pants’ rise, and if so what’s the solution?

You probably need to size up in the waist so they are comfortable in the front. Once you find some that are comfortable, you can have darts added to the back to take in the extra material. I have several pair of MTM trousers with a high rise that are double darted in the back for precisely this reason.

It's also why some RTW makers add a "V" along the center of the backside of the wasitband.

Agree with this.
