Pants Angle

Is it normal for belted pants to be at an angle on the waist? I can't seem to prevent it. It conjures up images of beer bellies with fat hanging over the tighten belt. This is certainly not the situation in my case as I have a 28 waist and fairly flat (not washboard, but no fat) stomach.

I suspect braces will correct this, but I can only bring myself to bring myself to wear braces under sweaters when I can have the extra comfort, but no one else knows; something about a 17-year-old in braces just screams ridiculous. Solutions?

I am not entirely sure what you mean by an angle, but why not buy fitting trousers that do not need a belt? If you want, you can still wear a belt for the look of it, but if you don't really tighten it, it will have no effect on the way your pants are fitting

Perhaps you have a sway back? The technical name is lordosis.

I'll take some pictures next time I notice the problem and that might help.
