Pantherella OTC sock sizing

Hello all! I will be purchasing some OTC socks for the first time and after some research I have decided to pull the trigger on pantherella via STP. Regarding sizing, I am kind of in between. A medium will normally accomodate a size 7-11US, whereas a large will accomodate a size 11.5-13US. I typically wear a size 11E in most dress shoes (ex: AE 65 or 7 last). However, I need to sometimes size up to an 11.5 for certain shoes. Has anyone had experience with pantherella OTC socks? Do they normally run large?
