I have a few of these, this is a new fabric that I had commissioned and will be doing a full run on in the fall. These were a test run so I don't have too many of each and putting them up here rather than on my site.
The fabric is raw silk, but its woven in a grenadine weave. Its very expensive fabric and very beautiful. The fabric is very dry, very scrunchy. The ties are 3 fold, untipped and 57 inches in length by 3 3/8 inches in width.
This is what normal raw silk looks like when held up to the light
This is what this fabric looks like held up to the light:
Also did a test run of these knits which I will probably be selling in the fall in more colors, they are made in Italy (you can't make these here), I have about 1 of each of the ones below and they are $69 each.
These are 100% wool and 3 x 55
Left to right, navy/white 100% silk (3 x 58), blue/black 100% wool (2.5 x 58), navy wool (2 7/8 x 54), brown donegal stripe (2.5 x 56), navy/red 100% silk (2 1/4 x 56)
