I believe all three models are by Aubercy.

Not all the pictures have a manufacturer's credit: neither #3 (page 190), nor #4 (page 375)
and I can't find #5 at all (have to look again).

Stimmt. I can confirm all 3 are Aubercy.

I was considering getting this book but its hefty price has so far dissuaded me. Do you guys think it is worth the price? (ich kann ja Deutsch)
