I bought a pirate dvd from ebay for $60, I didnt know it was pirate, actually not even sure it is pirate other than there are a lot of misspelt words in the booklets...anywho that was like 8 months ago...what I do these days is just workout using the booklet and dont watch the dvds, its much faster workout without Tonys yappin' lol

**** works, you just gotta modify modify modify...I dont think it has enough cardio so I run 3-4 times a week

insanity looks pretty crazy from the infromericals...is it me or Sean T is flaming?

I've had P90X for a few years now, just way too hardcore for me.

i'm almost done with my first round of p90x about 3 weeks left. started at 211 and have dropped to a 185. My goal was 180 but i think my new goal will be 160. Hopefully after the second go around i'll be able to reach it. it feels so good to buy smaller clothes lol
