  • Epaulet x Styleforum Alpine Loden Collection

Loden wool, woven in Tirol for centuries, is known for its resistance to cold and wetness. Our project in collaboration with Epaulet introduces Alpine Loden, a modern 18oz fabric blend of 75% merino wool and 25% nylon, woven in Italy. It's lighter, more durable, wind-resistant, and more comfortable than traditional Loden fabric. Partnering with Rochester Tailored Clothing, we offer custom garments like sportcoats, suits, and overcoats, made to your specifications. Learn more about the Loden collection here.

Current opinions on PJT for suits, shirts, pants etc?

Their ready to wear knit wear and similar is criminally overpriced for what is likely just standard white labeled stuff

the lookbooks are really great, but the clothes suck - far too overpriced, and I'd never trust them to make a suit properly. they missed way too many details on the one shirt i did with them (which was quoted at half the price they ended up charging me, for a shirt that probably cost $60 to make in China).

I've had 3 suits made by them - all with flaws, all fairly poorly constructed I wouldn't do it again.

I've got loads of their OTR stuff - through them, when they were in Barney's, Grailed, eBay etc. If you can get it better-priced than their extortionate website-pricing then go for it - the quality is good, durable, comfortable, and better than most stuff in a similar price range.
