Oxxford Vicuna help, please! Can someone please explain?

I haven't had much luck finding information on google answering my curiosities. The first label of the three I posted is in the top coat my sister has and we believed it to be 100% vicuna and cannot find another label on the coat to lead us to believe otherwise until we see 2nd and 3rd Oxxford Vicuna labels. The last label I posted leads me to believe there is possibly vicuna quality difference or perhaps one of the two are a blend.

Did you need help selling it you mean?
I want to know MORE about the coat before I make a decision. It would seem to me that Oxxford Clothes would have archives of their Bespoke clientele and therefore I would be able to provide to them the information that I have and they could verify the cloth. To date, i've been unable to reach someone there to assist in that request.
