Thanks for the mention Mark! I did not meet Bob Taylor there but they have a number of employees and I only said hello to a few.

Bob worked in customer service in the returns and remakes department. Haven't talked to him in a few years. He was always the fellow who helped me when I returned coats to have working button holes put on the cuff.

I have had that work done by even top-notch tailors and always have been disappointed. Now I send the job back to the maker or if I can't, I don't do it.
