Discount stores of that nature tend to get a good amount of higher end suits that are several seasons (even years) old and generally in hard-to-sell sizes and styles. The FB in Chicago had Oxxford when I was there, and the Loehman's in LA has plenty of Kiton and Brioni jackets and even a few tuxedos.
They'd be good deals if I would otherwise go to Saks and buy the stuff at MSRP, but it's still a hell of a lot more than I pay for my RL or Zegna suits so not much attraction there. Sort of like finding last year's S Class for $49,995; it's a great price if I'd otherwise pay $95k for it, but it's wayyyyyy more than I paid for my last Lexus or will pay for my next.
