overcoat question?

I finally decided to get some good overcoat. I am looking for one shorter coat and one longer one. I saw some brand called Cardinal (made in ukraine) made of cashmere at nordstrom rack. I haven't heard of it before... what do you guys think of it? Also what do you think of saks 5th branded coats? there is one called "the dakota" thats pretty cool.

any comment on where to get a classy and stylish coat for a young guy? i am interested in cashmere/wool.
