Over-rated/Under-rated

Gentlemen,
What brands do you see as overrated and underrated? If you could crate your personalized department store with all of the brands you love, and cut all the crap you hate, what would you have? Do you find any brands that department stores continue to supply way past their prime? You should judge this on personal opinion of the value, craftsmanship, and the wearability of the designer.

I'm shocked to see people here preferring J. Crew. I used to shop there a lot, but I feel like their quality has gone way down and the selection is just awful.
