Probably the favorite leather jacket I’ve ever owned (and I’ve had a lot)… this is Ovadia & Sons’ extraordinary homage to the G-1 Flight Jacket, which has been in service with the military since the late 1930's. Like the original G-1, this design features all sorts of cool, functional details, like a bi-swing back and underarm gussets for greater mobility, an internal pocket (original used to store maps), and a Mouton collar that can be buttoned up to keep out the cold.

How warm would you say this is? Also, the 18'5 shoulder measurement is measured with the garment flat from shoulder to shoulder?

It's quite warm because it's pretty heavyweight leather jacket. I've worn it in 30-40 degree weather with just a button down underneath and been fine. Yes, that's how I did the shoulder measurement
