You should have asked that then. There just like hemming any other pair of pants.

hem them, is easy to do and the fabric doesn't make it more difficult. The only outlier pants that have to be hemmed carefully are the ultralights.

There is some good stuff that doesn't pop up often on eBay for Outlier right now. Double fine merino cardi and climbers. Not my size or I'd be bidding.

If you're not around a good tailor at the moment, you can also do what many fashion stylists do on photoshoots and use safety pins to cuff them. You pull the cuff inside / underneath and then attach a safety pin to the hem of the pants and then also to the inside, side seam (the part that sticks out on the inside) of the pants. Hope that makes sense.

How is proof sizing compared to Outlier? Have a pair of 3 Ways arriving today but might try the Proof shorts since they'd be considerably cheaper.

With you on that- hopefully they'll be re-uping more colors before too long, hoping for the indigo and copper. i know we'll see that blacktint green in the chinos, i think those will look much better on the 60/30s than the Slims.

The outlier charts show a 'tech waist' measurement though and proof didn't. As long as they are close, I think I can wing it.

How much pocket flare are people getting on the 3-ways? Seems a little excessive. Should I size up?

That's a lot of flare. Mine aren't that bad, but still bothered me at first. I'm used to it now or maybe I'm wearing them a little lower, but I'm not as concerned as I was when I first received them.

I felt that the 3 ways weren't as bad as the OGs, I think I sized up from my OG size and wish I had sized down instead

    Ordered the dungarees in green.

Hopefully they'll fit as great as all my three-way shorts. Man I effing love those shorts.

Lettuce know how they compare size wise. I've had my 3-ways for a week and have worn them every day and swam a few times in them. Perfect for Florida weather. Just need more pairs now.

fwiw I own both the dungarees and 3-ways and I take the same size in both but the dungarees are definitely slimmer in the thigh.
