Worn less than 10 times. No stains, rips or tears. Some pilling on the rear seat and belt loops, but this is normal with a fabric like this and can be removed with tweezers or a razor if you're so inclined. Great pants.
Measurements are as follows:
Waist - 36"
Inseam - professionally hemmed to 31". Perfect for a 5'10" - 5'11" person.
