Yes, the shirt does look a bit big, perhaps size down and get it taken in on the sides.

The color combination works, albeit a bit boring. I think you could make it fun with those colors if you added a pinstripe pant or a patterned shirt.

I think that brown shoes and belt revive otherwise dull medium grays and charcoals. The outfit you posted is fine, but, as other posters have pointed out, is remarkably dull.

Thanks for the thoughts, everyone. I was at work in the morning... hence, the lack of responses. I've attached pictures of the gray / charcoal slacks with brown belt / shoes. What do you think of this outfit? It looked a bit off, but maybe it's not that bad... (With the exception that I need to wear a v-neck T since the shirt is moderately translucent).
