I recently bought a few extra slim fit Charles Tyrwhitt Dress Shirts (yes, those $30 ones), I realized that the combination of 15.5''+34in best fits my upper body except for the collar (which is a bit too tight), however, if I move up to 16''+34in, the shirt won't fit - just too loose. I would like to try some other OTR brands, any recommendations? By the way, I'm 5'9'' and 165 pounds. Thanks.

You might try Kamakura's New York slim fit. I'm about your height but with short arms and I swear by their Tokyo slim fit.

The 15.5 inch CT ESF is 41.25 inches across the chest. If you want to move up to a 16 inch collar then you might try the TM Lewin Superfitted, which has a chest garment measurement of 43. It doesn't do a 34 inch sleeve though, but does do 35.

The Nordstrom guide, which gives information for 15.5 inch collar shirts, should also be helpful.
