Other major international retailers

I was just wondering what other major international retailers are out there. I haven't traveled outside of Canada much and am curious. I'm quite familiar with H&M, Mexx, Zara, but I know almost nothing about other retailers like Uniqlo, Topman, United Arrows etc.. Can anyone share their experiences? How do they compare to H&M? Has anyone here heard of Mango? The prices seem reasonable so I'm wondering how their fit and quality match up. or Bestseller? I would say that Bestseller's Selected line is decent and can be compared to H&M's Grey Label or Zara Man, but it is pricier. Also, I haven't shopped at Gap in a while.. has it changed a lot? Is it worth checking out vs. H&M? Edit: Just remembered UCB. There isn't one where I live but they do have their upscale Sisley shop here.

Mango is really popular in SE-Asia. I remember seeing Mango stores in pretty much every bigger shopping mall in Malaysia. Seen few stores in Finland as well. Mango's products have better quality than H&M as per my understanding.

I wouldn't stick United Arrows in this category because it is a lot less affordable than the mentioned labels.

In SE Asia Giordano rules the roost, kinda like Gap where every mall seems to have one. They have gone upmarket recently with their fairly new Giordano Concepts stores but still it doesn't appeal to me.
