I saw there was some posts when I searched on this site...Has anyone since tried this "custom" shoe maker?

I looked into them a while ago. I called their Florida HQ and happened to speak with the owner, a former Nike executive. Their fitting process would be best termed MTM, as no unique last is created. IIRC, the shoes are glued and can't be resoled. He was a little vague on the issue of leather quality but he assured that they only used full grain.
