OSCAR DE LA RENTA luggage quality?

Hey all,

I was just curious if anybody had any opinion on the quality of Oscar de la Renta products, and more importantly their luggage (garment bags in particular.) I am looking at a tweed garment bag http://cgi.ebay.com/Vintage-OSCAR-RE...7#ht_594wt_905 , and am also on a budget.
