Has anyone tried and compared the 101 vs 202.

Previously I've had 105 in Size 2 and found them a bit slim in the thigh. The waist was tight after wash but stretched out a bit after wearing. Wondering if I should get the same size 2 for 101/ 202 or size up to 3. I'm 32-33in waist. TIA

Not tried the 202, but I am a 33" waist and am very comfortable in the 3 on 101

Thanks should I expect any shrinkage from wash? I went through 107 then 105 and I think they do shrink a bit.

Just realized you are probably talking about the denim. I have the cords and have noticed no shrinkage

My experience with 107 one wash is that while they may shrink a little in the length, they expand substantially in the waist.

Haven't purchased a new pair of jeans in a while. Looking to pick up a new pair of 105s. Besides the cut has anything else changed over the last few years? Denim? Pocket size? etc..

Honestly I've found the 105 pretty slim. Definitely not straight at least for me. Going to try 101 next

My 107s did not shrink after washing so I assume 105s won’t either

My orslows shrink a tiny bit after washing, but they seem to stretch back out pretty quickly (in the horizontal measurements). I've had the 105s and 107s, and honestly they're pretty similar. They seem to only differ below at/below the knee, where the 107 tapers an extra half inch.

Makes sense. If 105 and 107s are similar then these are slim fitting indeed.Will try out the dad fit instead.

I feel like all recent orslow collections have been MIJ since that small batch that contained MIC pieces. Notably the French work pants.

Speaking of 105s not working out. Anyone interested in a brand new pair 2 year wash size 3? Sister in law picked me up a pair and it doesn’t work with my body type.

Any one picked up the Evan Kinori collab denims yet?

I did. It was a big (last?) splash for me after sizing up all my pants this year.

I picked up the 101’s earlier this year, and saw the EK collab, thinking they’d be similar in size.

They are not!

They are wider from the top block all the way down.

If you rocked skater pants in the 90s, these will feel very nostalgic, and very disorienting.

The slimmest I manage is the 66, which I picked up this year too, as my “dressy” jeans. The 101s are my cool and cozy, and the painters are somewhere in between.

Not sure how I feel about the EKs
