Any particular reason for going custom? This seems like one item where RTW is just as good.

At any rate, hope it turns out well and look forward to seeing pics.

Hey T4phage, yes that is correct, I use Duret's pictures as my company is just very small yet and we do not deliver to France which is Duret's main market. I do sell Duret's goods in Germany as well which is the reason why I used his pictures as well. Hope this explains it. And Cantabrigian thinking on SF that nobody would catch on would be crazy.

So Skylar Manufaktur is really just Skylar Resellur? I.e. you don't actually make belts, you're just another way of ordering Duret's?

No we make belts but offer Duret for very special requests(special alligator colors, bags).

I wanted some specific features, that AMG1 from Skylar stated they'd be able to deliver.

I am looking forward to getting the belt. It was shipped a few weeks ago. Once it gets here, I look forward to giving a full review.

Perhaps AMG1 can provide some photos of the custom belt he made to hold us over until the belt arrives and I can do a full review. :slayer:

I am so sorry for the postal delays, I sent it some time ago and I don´t know why they messed it up. I called them yesterday again and they said they are doing their best to deliver as soon as possible. I hope it will arrive soon I will keep them under pressure to deliver. I am pretty sure you will like the belt though.

    no
    not really...

i know mr benarroch quite well
and he says you do not
    have any rights to
    use his photos
    nor sell his goods
    which means
    you have violated
    his copyright...

    what is also amusing
    is the 'legal' page
    on your site
    claiming copyright
    to duret's images
    lol

    did you also get
    agreement from manufactum
    to use their photos
    of their kreis belts
    ?
    they are after all
    in the same market
    as you
    although you may
    be a bit
    pricier...
