So, I decided that I’m not eating healthy enough, so last week I started to eat healthier. I now limit myself to 1 can of Coke per day, but try to avoid it altogether (although I don’t drink coffee, so its basically my coffee, even though I drink it in the afternoon), eat at least 1 banana and 1 apple a day, and have taken to cut back a lot of fat from my diet. At the same time, for drinks I basically rotate between: water, apple cider (not juice), and orange juice (the pure stuff, not concentrate). I tend to drink more orange juice than anything else, but it’s a friggin killer, since I’m having the worst case of gastrointestinal release that I can ever remember. Is this just my body cleaning itself out, or am I perhaps drinking too much OJ? Also, just to mention in passing, I bike about 30 miles a week, go to the gym for the upper part of my body, and do 10 lbs crunches on a crunch machine (both lower and upper abs) until failure. Jon.
