I think that would look strange with jeans. I think they'd look good with some light coloured slacks, especially the second pair.

Nice shoes. I think these are called Loafers. Not sure if they're Penny Loafers though, as they seem to be all stitched up so that one couldn't insert a penny between the tongue and the horizontal strip.
