I bought these on sale at Saks and have received a few compliments when I wore them. Your opinions are welcome. I will be wearing them strictly with jeans, or maybe casual corduroy trousers.

Seems a bit "over styled" to me.
I like engineers boots and I would like these if they were cleaner.
Not so many seams and "levels" of leather.

I see the buckle here and on the Belstaff model, but did it have a function originally?

I like the boot. The buckle is similar to Frye Brando Engineer Boots. The raised stitching decoration is a little much for my taste but I'm sure they would look great with a pair of bootcut jeans.
