Opinions on a pair of Cole Haan Shoes?

Hey all,

First time poster.

I need some advice on a pair of shoes, I will be working in capital markets at a bank and I need a pair of shoes to wear with a suit. I have a pair of Cole Haan's (picture below) but I'm not sure about them, do you guys think they are too clunky, should I be looking for something sleeker. I am a 21 year old, slender build if that makes any difference.
