I'm in need of a dark brown dress shoe and considering the C & J Edgware in Dark Brown Burnished

http://www.pediware.co.uk/crocket/products/2693.php

Any opinions about the brand and particular shoe?
What are the range of fashion and colors that this shoe would work well with?

Thanks for you replies...

Happy Holidays!

How did you screw up that link so badly?

That shoe is not bad, but if it were me, I'd get the Hallam instead:

Oh, and to answer your other questions:

Crockett and Jones is awesome. My favorite shoe brand, hands down.

A brown dress shoe goes with everything.

I have that exact shoe in that exact color and I love it. Gets lots of compliments.

I think it looks great. Also a C&J fan.

I have C&J Edgware in Dark Brown Burnished and need to admit they are great by all means.

Just keep in mind, the 348 last is slightly fashion forward and pointed, otherwise do not hesitate - purchase them.

I think they only produce them in width E, which I find just a bit narrawer than a North American D.

I wish I only order half a size down rather than a full size down when I ordered mine.

I personally like the 341 last slightly better.

How's the fit on the 341? How does it compare with the 348 (or the 337 (handgrade) for that matter)?
