It's an MMA gear company. I use their shorts for competitions and training. It's on my short list of MMA gear streetwear since it's nothing pretentious like TapouT, KTFO which make you look like a tough guy poser.

It looks pretty plain to me. However, if it's heavy and warm, and you live in a cold clime, go for it.

I'm pretty sure I would rather buy a hoodie at Walmart than wear this, sorry.

That's quite the exaggeration, I teach 5 year olds in kindergarten, they can barely write, let alone do anything resembling typography.

Depending on your skintone, it could be a bad idea to wear all-white as your top layer. Regardless of your skintone, it could be a bad idea to wear ugly as your top layer.

For one, saying something sucks without explaining why is useless, especially with the infestation of trolls on any internet forum, for two it's better not to post at all than something completely useless and untrue like that.
