Just wondering what others' opinions are. Personally, I find it annoying. Too many people are talkers as opposed to doers and they CC their bosses and other management on everything to make it look like they're being productive and taking initiative, even when the boss/other management has no real reason to be included on an email. There are definitely cases where these people need to be CCed, but i'm not talking about that. What are the management types' opinion on this? Does it qualify as transparent ass-kissing? Just annoying? Do you like it?
