Here's my report on my new custom belt which I ordered from HervÃ
N., a French leather artisan who has been working for Hermès Paris for 20 years.
First the delay was respected (4 weeks) which was important for me since it was my first order on line. I had good contact with him by phone or email. All his models are on his website, you choose the belt you want, the color of the leather and then you give him your waist measurement.
My belt looks great, I just love the natural aspect of the leather and its color. This is a very good leather work, I admire the finish. The price is not so expensive if you consider the quality of his work.
This is the picture of my belt taken from his website. Mine has the same leather color but a solid brass buckle.
