Guys,

I noticed that when I wear suit jackets, I see small/medium ripples (rolls) on center - upper back (where neck ends) area.

These suits have been altered and I did not notice this problem after the alterations.

Does this mean that my neck/back postures are changing?
Should I go for another alteration?

Thanks.

This used to happen to me. I think it is because when I used to get my jackets altered I wore a shirt with a flimsy collar. So when I wore my jacket with a proper dress shirt, I found it pushed the material back creating a hump.

I forgot to mention that I would personaly go back and get it realtered. The back of a suit jacket looks much better if it is not full of bumps and rumples.

The roll is worse if I wear shirt with high neck collar such as Barba shirts. :\\

Than I suspect we both have/had the same problem.

What you are referring to is collar roll, if we're on the same page. You can take the jacket to a tailor and they can correct it for you. They basically take the collar of the top and cut a piece out of the top to make the back of the jacket tight and eliminate the collar roll.

What type of alterations were done? Maybe this is cause and affect. You fix one thing and another occurs.
